3. SUBSCRIPTION MEMBERSHIP

By subscribing to our membership, you will receive:

  • Access to a monthly live Zoom mentoring session

  • Access to recordings of sessions if you are unable to attend live

  • Educational content and community support related to personal development, self-love, and healing

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Sessions may be recorded and shared with members

  • Access is for personal use only and must not be shared

  • Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the next billing date.

4. MENTORING PACKAGES

We offer mentoring programs including:

  • 4 Week Program

  • 8 Week Program

  • 12 Week Program

Each program includes:

  • Weekly Zoom mentoring sessions

  • Personal development guidance focused on healing, self-love, and empowerment

  • Support and practical tools where applicable

Session times will be agreed between you and us.

Attendance and Rescheduling:

  • You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session

  • Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited

  • Late attendance may reduce session time

5. PRICING AND PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

By making a purchase, you warrant that:

  • You are authorised to use the payment method

  • The payment information provided is accurate

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders where payment cannot be processed

  • Refuse transactions where fraud is suspected

Payment for services must be made in full unless a payment plan has been agreed.

6. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Subscriptions

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Cancellation will prevent future billing

  • No refunds are provided for the current billing period

Mentoring Packages

Due to the nature of coaching services, payments are non-refundable once the program has commenced

Digital Products and Courses

Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds are provided for change of mind

This is subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law

7. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND ONLINE COURSES

All digital content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

You must not:

  • Share, resell, reproduce, or distribute content

  • Provide login access to third parties

8. PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE

We will comply with our obligations under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for products that are faulty, damaged, or not as described. You are not entitled to a refund for change of mind.

Shipping timeframes are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

9. RETREATS, WORKSHOPS AND EVENTS

By attending any event, you acknowledge that:

  • Participation is voluntary

  • You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing

  • You should seek professional advice where appropriate

Event-specific terms (including cancellation and refund policies) will be provided at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to:

  • Change event details (including dates, venues, or facilitators)

  • Cancel events where necessary

If we cancel an event, you will receive a refund of the event fee only.

10. GUEST SPEAKING AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

Speaking engagements and professional services are subject to separate written agreements.

We do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or success from any services provided.

11. CONFIDENTIALITY

We aim to create a safe and supportive environment.

While we respect your privacy:

Group sessions involve multiple participants, and confidentiality cannot be guaranteed

You agree to respect the privacy of others and not disclose personal information shared in sessions

12. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND DISCLAIMER

Our services are intended for educational and personal development purposes only.

They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional advice.

By using our services, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your own decisions and actions

  • Results will vary between individuals

  • Participation is voluntary
